Available licensing options
The original work in this repository is offered under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 or (at your option) any later version (AGPL-3.0-or-later). A separate commercial licence may be available by written agreement with the copyright holder.
The AGPL licence permits commercial use without paying a licence fee, provided the user complies with all applicable AGPL terms. A commercial licence is an optional alternative for customers who need additional permissions that are not provided by the AGPL, such as permission to distribute a proprietary version without the source-disclosure obligations that would otherwise apply, where the signed commercial agreement expressly grants that permission.
Request a commercial licence
Use the contact above with the subject Commercial licence request — LunaV. Please include a brief description of the intended use and the permissions your organisation needs. Pricing, scope, duration, support, updates, and any other terms will be discussed and documented in a separate written agreement. The agreement must identify the contracting parties and the works it covers.
No commercial rights beyond the AGPL are granted by this document or by sending an enquiry. A separate commercial licence takes effect only when an agreement has been accepted by the appropriate parties.
Contributions and ownership
A separate commercial licence can only cover code for which the licensor has the necessary rights or permission to grant that licence. Before accepting outside contributions, the project owner should establish clear contribution terms and confirm that those terms allow any intended dual-licensing model. Code and dependencies from third parties remain subject to their own licences.
This repository contains the LunaV project website. The iPhone app source and model weights are not included here. A commercial agreement must explicitly identify any separately supplied app source, assets, or other works it covers. This notice does not grant additional rights to third-party models or dependencies.
